Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
These are the terms for ReviewRig (reviewrighq.com), written in plain English on purpose. By joining the early access list or using the service, you're agreeing to them.
Early access — what you're actually signing up for
ReviewRig is in early access. Joining the list reserves your founding member price; it does not charge you anything today, and it doesn't obligate you to subscribe later. Features shown on this site — automated SMS review requests, AI reply drafts, the dashboard — are being rolled out to founding members personally, in signup order, with white-glove setup. Anything marked "preview" is a design preview, not a finished product.
Founding price
The founding member price is $19/month (regular price will be $39/month). When your account is activated and you choose to subscribe, $19/month is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. No contracts, no setup fees — you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing month.
Our guarantee
If ReviewRig doesn't pay for itself in your first paid month, email us and we'll refund that month. No questions, no hoops. (This applies to your first paid month, once paid subscriptions begin.)
What we don't promise
ReviewRig helps you ask real customers for honest Google reviews and respond to them quickly. We never post fake reviews, we never review your business ourselves, and we can't guarantee a specific rating, review count, or revenue result — those depend on your customers and your work. The ROI numbers on our site are estimates based on published research, not promises.
Fair use — your side of the deal
You agree to use ReviewRig only for your own business, only with customers who actually did business with you, and in line with Google's review policies and U.S. messaging laws (like TCPA consent rules for texting your customers). Don't use it to spam strangers or game ratings — we'll close accounts that do.
Liability, in plain words
We work hard to keep ReviewRig reliable, but early-access software is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and email active members before the change takes effect.
